Formed in 2000, T.A. Ginkins Company, LLC of New Albany, Indiana has completed construction for residential and commercial buildings throughout Indiana and Kentucky. Owner Terry Ginkins is a stern advocate of quality work and prides himself in complying with all state and local building codes. His experience speaks for itself.
Ginkins, a former Building Commissioner for the City of New Albany, knows the proper procedures to follow to make sure that your remodeling or building project meets all building codes and zoning regulations. Along with designing and building of commercial and residential structures, and also offers project management for construction projects and consultation.
